I help physicians build
rewarding careers.

My consulting clients are physicians from residency to retirement throughout the United States.

I teach at graduate and continuing medical education programs and medical professional societies.

I write regularly about physician career consulting and am frequently quoted in the media.

I serve as a clinical assistant professor on the faculty of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and am a member of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

My health care career began in 1972 at University Hospitals of Cleveland. In 1979, I started my consulting firm to help physicians improve the management of their practices.

I earned a Master of Business Administration from the Case Western Reserve University School of Management (1975) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science (Systems Analysis) from Miami University (1970).
